Copying files from an encrypted disk

mga tol..konting assistance nman. meron kasi akong hdd na kung saan andun ang mga important files ko kasi naka encrypt yun,windows encryption lang. nang mag transfer ako sa new hdd ko eh nag error. Access Denied..

meron ba kayong 3rd party application na kung saan pwede maging medium sa pag transfer ng files. thank you
