Is this for real? At first she is spinning clockwise. After 20 sec it turned counterclockwise. Now i'm staring at it again then it turned magically clockwise! Am is sick? Is this for real?

yes this is real! me too, I've seen it both ways but only once, ahaha until now i can't see it on counter clockwise again :( but still im a genius LOL

Couldn't it be just an illusion? At a certain speed the you will first notice that it is turning clockwise BUT the truth is it is turning counter clockwise if it moved slower.

this is more of optical illusion than being a genius. if you know how it works then you would instantly know what to "see." Does that immediately mean you are a genius? I don't think so. Just because I have the information beforehand doesn't make me a genius

By sheer prodding of focus, I was able to change rotation of the spin but with difficulty. I'm not a genius, only dizzy and cross-eyed. [i]Sige nga pag di ka naduduling sa katitingin![/i]

i think its just an illusion. tinignan ko muna ang picture bago ko binasa and really is coming on both ways. baka siguro pag nastrain lang mata mo sa kakatingin eh dun lang makikita na isang side lang siya pumupunta.

I'm not a genius.  That's a given.  I'm slow in understanding some things.  This was one of those.

I would recognize [img]http://www.geocities.com/josefgraey/ani/girl_ccw.gif[/img] as counter-clockwise.

In both cases, the axis of rotation is more or less parallel to our "line of sight".

The featured animation only spins in one direction, but the axis of rotation is perpendicular to us.  That is the source of confusion.  ^,^'

If you imagine you're looking from the top of her head, then she would be rotating clockwise.  If you imagine you're looking from below her pivot foot, then her rotation would be anticlockwise.

Since we're neither viewing from the top nor below, but the front, then what we're really seeing is simply someone who's continuously turning right.  ~.^

nakikita ko siya ng counter clockwise tapos kaya ko rin siya sa i shift sa clockwise, isa lang ang ikot niya pero yung drawing ay sakto sa parehong view..

tama yung explanation na if you see it clockwise your using rightbrain and vice versa pero tingin ko hindi yata basehan ng pagiging genius yun.. lamang lang tayo kasi kaya natin controlin ang brain naten(genius ngarin siguro yun)ah ewan..
