PC bought here in UK, gagana ba sa Pinas?

I am planning to bring to the Philippines my current pc here in UK. It is Philips MT2700. Some specifications here:

System type Philips MT2700 Desktop PC
Processor Intel Pentium D 945 3.40GHz
RAM installed 2GB
HD capacity 300GB
Optical drive 16x DVD+/-RW for CD and DVD writing
Graphics 256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Graphics
Windows version XP Media Center
Network Card Integrated 10/100/1000 Wired Ethernet LAN
Wireless 802.11b/g

Card Reader 7-in-1 memory card reader
Accessories Wireless keyboard
Optical mouse
Speakers
Hybrid TV tuner
Remote control

Bundled pre-installed
software includes Microsoft Works 8
PowerDVD
Power 2 Go

I am no-techies...I'm not sure if there are compatibility issues and/or problems that I should expect...o baka naman walang problema talaga. Are there settings that I need to change/adjust before I can use this pc there in Pinas? Thanks in advance!!

all will work fine. just take note of the voltage if multivolt sha or 110 only or 220.

Thanks madcarabao11 for the reassurance...I've been planning to bring this pc of mine back home there in Pinas...it's just that I'm thinking some pre-set settings in this pc might not work there in Pinas. At least I know now all will work fine. Again, thanks! :)
